「Super cute place, very quiet and serene and private. It is a little bit of a hike up to the treehouse (as it should for a treehouse!) so prepare for a rest break on your way up if you bring anything heavy with you, haha! I dropped a star for communication with the owner only because you communicate via another platform with them, and it was tough to know where to email questions and when to anticipate a response, though we did connect eventually! I don't have experience with communication...

「Wonderful property, close enough to downtown to have access to all attractions but far enough away to avoid any heavy traffic. 」

「Excellent location. Walk to everything. House is very well stocked and the check in was smooth and friendly.」

「Great location to downtown, everything is walkable. The property is beautiful and has everything you would need! It’s approximately 15-30 mins from the Boyne Mountain depending on road conditions. GPS said 45-60 to Boyne highlands. 」

「This has now become our go-to place to stay in Boyne. Our home away from home always greets us with clean, cozy and very comfortable accommodations that meet our needs just right. Looking forward to next time!」

「Great place and great experience. We will be going back! Had my sailboat docked at the nearby Summerset Point Marina and it worked perfectly. The house is lovely, clean and perfectly located.」

「Perfect home for our family's needs. Pup-friendly, beautiful view of the lake and close to downtown Boyne for restaurants, shopping, provisions etc. Thank goodness for the A/C ... it was one of the hottest weeks in many years so we were thankful to stay cool after spending all day in the sun!」

「Perfectly located in downtown Boyne. The home was everything we needed for our group of 5. Bedrooms and bathrooms were a nice size. The kitchen was perfectly stocked. The home was impressively cold with the window units. We loved the gaming area during our down time. The hot tub was hot and clean! Finally, the host was amazing! Carlos had great check in details and checked in with us during our stay. I highly recommend.」

「We enjoyed our stay, exploring Lake Charlevoix and relaxing time with the family. What a beautiful area. The home has everything you need with peaceful waterfront view. A great escape from the hustle of city life.」

「We had such a pleasant stay! My boys loved all the activities outside and the house was really well appointed. The upstairs living room and the basement living space are both great to spend time in. Would highly recommend this property for a family vacation to Boyne! Minutes away from Somerset Pointe Marina and an easy 5 min drive to town.」

「Great location. Beautiful house. Exceeded all expectations!」
