Boutique Studio in the Heart of Charlevoix

Brand new one bedroom first floor unit with walk in shower in the heart of downtown Charlevoix. Less than a 2 minute walk to the farmers market, Round Lake, bars, restaurants, the movie theater, grocery store and shopping. There is an electric vehicle charging station and 24 hour gym 300ft out the back door!
One bedroom and one bath studio. Living area with a Samsung Frame TV and modern European gas fireplace addition coming this fall! Quartz counters, Devol faucet from England and inset custom cabinetry. A Smeg fridge along with a Smeg cooktop, toaster oven and Nespresso coffee maker complete our small but fully functional kitchen. Sofa, seating and bed are from Restoration Hardware and Serena & Lily. Full Spectrum cable tv along with high speed WiFi.
