"Our room was absolutely gorgeous and the hotel itself was a design dream come true. Chloe at the front desk was very friendly and offered great recommendations and we were appreciative they were able to accommodate us when we got to town earlier than expected. We definitely will stay here again if we’re ever in back in Charleston. The only negative was that we had asked for an upper level floor at the time of booking and were put on the first floor right on a busy street instead despite being told they would try to accommodate our request a few weeks in advance… It was definitely loud since the road was literally right next our window. "The room was clean and comfortable. The location is great for walking around downtown Charleston. We appreciated the pool on a hot summer day, though it is rather small for the size of the hotel. We got lucky scooping up loungers both times we went to the pool. The drinks at the pool bar were delicious! "
