"My bathroom tiolet ran water all night. Was charged for parking. Then hotel kept trying to charge my card after I checked out. I ended up checking out early and it was approved by staff to refund my money then it was not done. Instead refund they tried to charge my card again..beware!!!"

"This home is beautiful! It was true to the listing (some vrbos can be deceiving but not this one)! Highly recommend. It was so great to have beach chairs and a little cooler for our beach day! Josie was a great host and communication was excellent. We came down with some friends and we all said we would definitely stay here again and it is saved on our vrbo trip board! Thank you for a great place to stay!"

"The positives: the rooms were clean, very comfortable, and modern. Cold fridge, new AC unit, blackout curtains, hot showers, etc. The room was the best part of the stay. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Upon check in and check out, it was a pleasure dealing with them. One staff member went above and beyond to accommodate me when I was having difficulty with my flights and transportation. They were humorous and friendly! The negatives: my door was broken, would not close, and the door stopper was broken. Elevator out of order. Guests would place their bags of garbage near the ice machine and it would not be removed quickly, causing foul odours also due to how hot the lobby and hallways were. I had breakfast once and it was your staple basics. I didn’t enjoy it, but I did get there late. However they had fresh fruit, waffle makers, bagels, and other options available as well. So there was still something for everyone. I found the hotel to be a fair price for amenities provided, considering the price of other hotels in this city. "

"Only got to sleep there due to Board Mtg all day long. Bed was good with great pillows and GREAT LIGHTING in the room."
