"This place was unclean. The building is not up to safety codes and is missing lightbulbs in the elevator. I requested a refund after leaving within 10 minutes of being there and was assured I would get a refund. They only provided half of the money I spent and I had to go find another room. After being on the road all day. I have called every day to ask for the other half of my refund and the phone is never answered. This place is disgusting. Do not waste your time. This hotel should seriously be looked at for safety codes."

"The double entry doors to the lobby were not working. You had to manually slide them open and closed. I stayed there for 2 days. In that time i only saw one employee. Managing the front desk. House keeping and janitorial. In all fairness he tried to do the best he could. (Credit for his loyalty to the owners of the hotel) The sheets were dirty. I asked for new sheets on bed. On the 2nd day the guy handed me clean sheets at the front desk for me to make the bed myself. Lobby floor was so dirty it made my shoes stick to floor and carpet. Parking lot had cars with windows broken out. Some of the people seemed very sketchy. I travel all over the country for work and i don't believe I have stayed in a hotel this bad for 20 plus years. "

"Our guest did not end up staying the night. While she was checking in , the front desk was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Our guest initially checked in and noticed her room was not clean - the toilet didnt flush, the faucet was broken and the lights were flickering. The front desk did refused to give their name and accused our guest of creating these problems. Front desk refused to check it out and see for herself. "

"Good price but room smelled over clean from cleaning products. Was a little difficult to find comfortable night sleep. Needed fresh air. Friendly staff and great off highway location."
