"The Hyatt gets better every time we stay there. The location is great, the property is super clean and the staff is helpful and friendly."

"Love the staff, they were super friendly & helpful. The room was spacious & the bed was comfortable. My only issue was the sounds. It sounds like the room is sitting right next to a freeway. The cars are SO loud! Also there was an adjoining room & our 1st night had a very fussy baby & it sounded like it was in our room crying. Also the shower water pressure was a little low. Other than that….very nice hotel. Pool & hot tub were amazing."

"The toilet plugged, had to stand in a lake of water while taking a shower slow drain. The pillows had a funky smell to them. Rotten trim (with mold)around the heater/air conditioner.room in need of remodeling, for goodness sake at least slap a coat of paint!! You get the vibe that the people running it have no interest in fixing anything , because im sure its the way they live and that is acceptable to them.it was convenient close by the intrust arena, which should give them the motivation to fix it up and get return customers. They probably only want the people just passing by. Didnt want to eat the breakfast, after seeing how dirty things were there."

"Expedia booked for wrong date, even though staff working through water leak were able to change reservation and check us in. Professional and caring. Thanks!!"

"The positives: The bed, the clean crisp linens, the breakfast, and the water pressure was great. The bad: The TV cable didn’t work so nothing could be watched, there were two phones in our room and both were dead, and no hair dryer. Housekeeping did get me a hairdryer quickly."

"Staff came for room service without knocking. The “Please do not disturb” sign is hung outside but still did not care. "

"Laundry facilities were available. The dryer turned on but did not spin. No Wi-Fi, and the remotes had no batteries. Pans in the kitchen had to be rewashed cause the were filthy. Other than that, the place was amazing. "
