"Large skyscraper of a hotel with bus tours and many guest, yet somehow they managed to maintain a warm and efficient atmosphere. The buffet breakfast was delightful. We'll done!"

"Overall, this place was just barely OK. Only one of 8 staff we interacted with were friendly, the rest did not seem to care at all that we were there. One afternoon the restaurant staff completely ignored us for 30 minutes and I found them inside chatting and playing on their phones. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work, but when we advised the front desk they first said that was impossible then finally said they would look into it but they didn’t. And possibly because of the open fire in the restaurant, the entire hotel common area smelled of stale food, or worse. Overall this place has potential, but I would not recommend primarily because of the poor service."

"One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at in all of my many trips to europe. Fabulous location within walking distance to virtually everything in ljubljana. Terrific breakfast with a tremendous variety of high quality choices that would satisfy any appetite. Superb staff that provided exemplary customer service. Comfortable bed, pillow menu, nice bathroom, high quality towels. I would give them six stars if I could. Would definitely stay here again"

"Very nice hotel in the heart of old Ljubjana. Ask for room #1. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. The front desk staff were extremely helpful. There are no elevators but our room was on the ground floor. You are steps away from all the bars and restaurants along the river. They serve a very nice breakfast. We would definitely recommend and we would stay again. I"

"Nice hostel with decent bathrooms, but the cabins are so small, and I didn’t know I’d have to be an expert mountain climber to get in and out of bed. And why is the temperature of the rooms set to 6 million degrees? Way too expensive for what it is. Won’t be back."
