Only 15 kms from Clermont Frd, 15 minutes from the Grande Halle d'Auvergne, Sommet de l'élevage and the Zenith, our cocooning cottage is an old farmhouse of the XVII entirely enclosed by walls within the landscaped property of the castle of Viallevelours. It is easily accessible by the A75, A71, A89. Ideally located in the natural park of the chain of volcanoes of Auvergne, its privileged location will allow you to quickly juggle between Clermont and the natural sites classified as an UNESCO World Heritage Site. This warm and atypical 130m2 residence can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. It is a cozy place to stay, ideal for getting together and unwinding. We imagined and equipped it as we would have liked to live there as a holidaymaker. 2 bedrooms with King Size bed 180x200 and a bedroom with 2 beds 90x200 + BZ on the mezzanine converted into a playroom for the children and the tranquility of the parents. Separate toilet with sink, bathroom shower + bath, board games, ping pong table, landscaped garden of 3500 m² fully enclosed by walls. Equipped terrace on the first floor not overlooked with parasol, barbecue, sunbathing. Access to the property shared with the castle only on days and times offices. Extras: self-arrival possible, electric charging station, secure parking at the foot of the cottage, beds made on arrival, towels included, Wifi, desk, documents and tourist cards available. Accompanied by a picnic, you will arrive on the Serre mountain, an example of inverted relief and a major site of the League for the Protection of Birds (LPO), where you can take the time to observe a wide variety of bird species: the Puy de Dôme in the background. If you like fishing, the Auzon river is 200 meters from the cottage.
