I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and it was one of the better and valued hotel I've experienced in Changzhou. Rooms were clean but a little on the smaller side since I was traveling with my family. Unlike other hotels, the front desk is located on floor 7 being that this is part of the mall, all levels below are shops and office. That being said, you'll find the business area, kids area, dining area, and laundry room all located on the 7th floor, everything above are guest rooms. I didn't noticed any bellpersons, so you're on your own with your own bags. As mentioned, the hotel is part of the mall, and one of the nicer and newer malls in Changzhou so the hotel location is excellent. BRT and other bus stops is only a few minutes walk away, you can usually find taxis at these bus stops as well. Overall, my stay with my family were excellent and I wanted to mentioned the dining staff in the morning; which I can't remember her name was great. She was very friendly and always had a great smile, in fact she was working the entire time I was there and both my wife and I noticed she never took a day off. Overall, I would stay here again if I'm in the area.

常州市内で宿泊するときの常宿にしています。 この料金帯の中国のホテルと比較すると、部屋の広さ、清潔さ、周辺環境など全てにおいて満足できるレベルです。 フロントスタッフは英語ができるので、中国語が出来なくても問題なし、対応もとてもいいです。 部屋の掃除も毎日しっかりやってくれるのと清掃スタッフの愛想もいいです。 Wi-Fi環境は少し弱めですが、問題なく使用できます。 ホテルの朝食もかなり充実していますし、隣接しているショッピングセンターにはスタバや24時間営業のコーヒーショップもあり打ち合わせなどにも使えます。 夕食もショッピングセンター内（５F、６F）に行けば中華、日本食、ラーメン、焼肉店など揃っていますし、少し歩けばレストランも多数ありますので不自由なし。 あとは常州駅までは焼く5キロ、タクシーで15分程度。 とてもいいホテルだと思いますのでおススメです。

言語の問題でスタッフとの会話も通じないことはあったが、それでも何とか親切ににスマホ翻訳で意思疎通を図ったり、朝、その夜の食事をするのに美味しい店を尋ねたがあまり通じず諦めて出かけたが、夕方帰ってきたら部屋にスタッフからの日本語のお勧め店の案内が入っていたのには感激した！ ただ1点、ベッドメイクでシーツを交換せず体裁を整えるだけという日があったのは残念であった。

Such a great place to stay Staff were so helpful and friendly even with language barrier Hotel was really clean and breakfast gave lots of delicious options Very well located for catching buses and taxis Highly recommend particularly for longer stays we were therefor 10 days laundry facilities washer and dryers available for personal use too

Changzhou isn't a tourist hot spot but we found the helpfulness of the staff outstanding regardless of language barriers. That said there were English speaking staff with reasonable to good English. So helpful that staff drove us to destinations on two occasions because taxis were fully booked and unavailable. Great self serve laundry facilities.

地點處市中心旁，交通方便(BRT和公交車站)，旁邊的九州購物商場有食的，購物的，還有大型超市。清晨和黃昏，也可在附近急步或慢步作運動。 酒店的早餐有簡單的中西美吃，可吃飽。小餛飩是我喜愛的。

酒店位置优越，在九洲新世界购物中心，酒店楼下就是大型shopping mall，吃饭购物玩乐一应俱全，距离淹城春秋乐园大概9公里，停车停在购物中心的地下停车场，酒店提供停车券。大床房的床是1.5米的，较其他酒店的大床房的床小，但是舒适度OK，房间干净，提供免费矿泉水。
