We love this hotel for its beautiful facility, clean and spacious rooms, great amenities and friendly staff. This is not a new hotel but what impressed us is that the bathrooms still look very new and very clean. The only thing we were not happy with is that most of the breakfast dishes were sort of tasteless. Of course we are fully aware that tasting depends a lot on personal preference. So all in all, we fully enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this great hotel to anyone who visits Wuxi.

One the best in wuxi

Stayed here for 3 nights for business trip and the room is spacious and well-furnished, certainly deserving of its 5 star status. Around 30 mins walk or 10 rmb taxi ride to nan chang street - main attraction for both locals and tourists

Geweldig hotel. Veel keuze aan restaurants. Kwaliteit en keuze van het ontbijt buffet was ongekend. Tenminste als men van de Aziatische keuken houdt zoals ik. Enige minpuntje was de bar in de lobby. Twee keer werd er door de dames een biertje ingeschonken en beide keren ging dat gigantisch fout. Je zou verwachten dat iemand die in een bar werkt een biertje kan inschenken. Beide keren lag de helft op tafel omdat deze dames door bleven schenken alsof het een flesje water was. Dat resulteerde natuurlijk in een schuim vulkaan. Verder prima hotel.

Mon séjour a été convenable. Bien que la moquette n'était pas très propre dans la chambre t m'a causé beaucoup d'allergie. la peinture des murs était assez défraîchie et les murs tâchés rendant un aspect sale. Le lit côté droit n'éait pas confortable vu que le matelas avait cédé. Pas de petit déjeuner sans gluten mais le/la chef de cuisine me cuisinait parfois du riz sauté et me donner des charcuteries sans gluten ou du saumon fumé. je le remercie. le reste de l'hôtel est très joli.

世界連鎖的洲際酒店, 無論是住宿, 服務或餐飲都是一流的. 不過此間位在太湖廣場, 周圍環境較清淨, 距離中心三陽廣場還有四個地鐵站. 不過去清名橋倒是挺進的. 酒店後方不遠處還有家樂福, 購物也算方便. 前台小妹Summer服務不行, 我要辦理退房與換錢, 都叫我去隔壁, 連個"請"字都不知道加. 需要再次培訓與客人應對話術才行
