"Check in was a zoo, but they made up for it with an upgrade. Just be prepared. Hotel was great, clean, nice staff with proximity to Maya (has a nice movie theatre) and One Ninnam for shopping- tourist prices tho. I love Mr. Chang's right next door for the best meals! You must go and say hi to my sisters. Will be back again to stay at this hotel."

"リピーターです。オーナーが変わり、内装特にバスルーム、綺麗になったが、使い勝手が悪い、洗面台がなく、洗面するとき歯ブラシ置きに不便、、溜めた水の逃げ場なく、溢れたら、床水浸し。 シャワーカーテンがなくなり、ガラス張りが半分のため、やはり、シャワーの水がトイレまで飛び散る。 セキュリティの、ビルの扉、外に喫煙所兼ねての談話所、扉開けっ放しで、安全に不安、タバコの煙は建物内に。 以前のオーナーのときは、そのような客もなかった。フロントに改善依頼したが、「扉閉めて」の張り紙のみで、変わらない現実。マンスリー利用者のマナーの悪さ、から、 居心地悪いし、セキュリティの不安、 次回長期滞在や家族では、無しかと。残念です。"
