"Staff was friendly. We had two rooms in our group. Both rooms had plumbing issues. The toilet fill water ran all night in one of the bathrooms. The other bathroom, the toilet needed to be flushed at least twice every time. No drain plugs for bathtubs. Shower fixtures overdue to be replaced. Did not work well, but we got by. Breakfast assortment was very good, but the food was just not good-very bland and powdered eggs extremely dry. They did a good job of keeping the primary foods filled up but the little things like milk, fruit and even the cocoa mix ran out quickly and were never replaced. The facility in general has obviously not been maintained well in recent years, except for the minimum required maintenance to keep it functioning."

"Parking was OK. Room clean , How ever around 3:00 am you could start to smell cigarette smoke coming from another room into mine (303) through the fan in bathroom. Advised front desk when I checked out. Inexcusable since hotel has no smoking policy. Wouldn't recommend that place nor would I ever stay there again."

"Poor condition overall. Very worn with damage to carpet, curtains, bathroom. Artwork removed from walls with fixtures left bare. Air condition unit appeared very unclean and smelled musty/ moldy. This property is in need of SERIOUS UPDATING . We could feel particles on the sheets when we got into the bed. We found what appeared to be crumbs perhaps as well as several strands of hair ( not ours) made us wonder if the sheets had actually been laundered to begin with. Disturbing for sure. "

"Rooms were dirty with roaches. Staff refused to refund me. I didn't stay. Immediately checked back out after seeing the rooms."

"This hotel looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. Luckily the lady at the front desk let me look at the room before I continued with my reservation and I walked right back to the front desk and canceled right away. They were very pleasant about it but I do not recommend this property."

"It was a great stay. Cleanliness could have been better prior to check in. Old linen with bodily fluid stains if you can catch my drift. We just simply did not use them. Walmart was nearby. Otherwise, house is older so felt like home. In need of some tender love & care. Communication when booking through Travelocity was terrible. Did not link with my VBRO Appreciated the essentials being present like Keurig machine, some seasonings, and air fryer. "
