Located in a quiet neighborhood, this chalet offers a peaceful setting while remaining close to the amenities of Chamonix.

The chalet is spread over three levels and was designed to comfortably accommodate families and groups of friends.

On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious entryway leading to three bedrooms: the first bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), a second with a bunk bed (140x190 cm on the bottom and 90x190 cm on the top), and a third bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and its own private bathroom featuring a shower, sink, and toilet. This level also features a separate bathroom with a shower and sink, as well as a guest restroom. A ski storage room is also available.

On the first floor, the large, light-filled living area features a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the dining room and living room. An elegant wall-mounted stove adds warmth and coziness to this space, which opens onto a spacious terrace and the garden. Two additional bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200 cm) each have their own private bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.

The top floor, designed as a mezzanine, offers a workspace as well as a TV area ideal for relaxing.

Outside, three private parking spaces are available in front of the chalet.

Ideally situated in a quiet and exclusive setting, the chalet enjoys a sought-after location just a 15-minute walk from the center of Chamonix. You can easily enjoy the area’s restaurants, shops, bars, and entertainment while still finding the peace and tranquility of your alpine retreat.

The Chamonix Sud area is also right nearby, serving as the starting point for the legendary Aiguille du Midi aerial cableway and numerous mountain activities.

Surrounded by exceptional panoramic views of the surrounding peaks, the neighborhood invites you to relax with lovely trails along the Arve River, perfect for a morning walk, a jog, or a family stroll.

In both summer and winter, the location is ideal for fully enjoying the valley: ski areas, hiking trails, outdoor activities, and public transportation are all within easy reach. The perfect balance between nature, tranquility, and Chamonix life.

There are 3 parking spaces in front of and to the side of the chalet.

The chalet is:
- A 5-minute drive from downtown Chamonix, or a 20-minute walk.
- A 15-minute walk from the Chamonix bus station, which is served by numerous buses connecting you to Lyon, Annecy, Geneva, Courmayeur, Milan, etc., as well as the “Chamonix Sud” bus stop, which allows you to travel between the Les Houches ski area (Bellevue and Prarion gondolas) and Les Praz (La Flégère gondola)
- About a 6-minute walk from Line 2, which connects the Taconnaz Glacier, Argentières, and the Tour ski area
