The perfect place for unforgettable moments:
The chalet "Les Lupins" has an exceptional placement in the Valley of Chamonix, in "Les Tines". It can offer in summer as in winter an exquisite place for 4 to 5 persons. Situated on the border of the river Arve, in an authentic and preserved frame, very paceful, the property is bordered with very old fir trees and offers a spectaculary view over the whole Mont-Blanc chain. Very near to the most important ski stations (Les Houches, Les Grands Montets, Balme, Brévent-Flégère…), the chalet "Les Lupins" is also the ideal point for walking in one of the most beautiful part of the valley. It is a perfect place for nature lovers who want to have dream holidays. It is also particularly adapted to families because the garden is closed and allows the children to play in safety.
Built 1954, on a plane grounds of easy access, the chalet "Les Lupins" has been totally renoved in September 2010. The specialists of renovation of "mazots" (the word for old wooden house in Chamonix) have managed to preserve the original authenticity and to combine it with the comfort requirements of today. The decoration is respecting the mountain spirit and honors the wood as a nobel material. The Scandivian oven is giving a warmly atmosphere. A big terrace of 60 m² exposed to south-east with its wooden furniture allows to fully enjoy the beautiful view over the Mont-Blanc.

Abbiamo trascorso 4 notti allo chalet les Lupins con i due nostri amici a 4 zampe (un gatto e un cane). Siamo stati benissimo. Lo chalet è molto accogliente, caldo e silenzioso. Completamente accessoriato. La posizione è fantastica: immerso nella natura a 100 mt dall'inizio del bosco. Consigliato a chi ama la tranquillità, la natura e la privacy. Chamonix centro è solo a 5 min di macchina. Brigitte e Bruno molto attenti, disponibili e simpatici!

Wir haben 14 Tage Haus und Umgebung genossen. Tolle ruhige Lage am Waldrand. Von der schönen Terasse hat man einen super Blick auf die Berge. Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus hat alles was man braucht. Wir sind Wiederholungstäter und kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons fortement apprécié notre séjour. Chalet rustique et typique( le plaisir du bois). Chalet rénové il y a quelques années mais avec toujours beaucoup d'attraits. Cet esprit montagnard est renforcé par le pêle à bois( un vrai) qui vous réchauffe l'atmosphère dès que vous en ressentez le besoin. Un emplacement au top pour celles et ceux qui aiment la randonnée. ( point de départ de randonnées multiples : avec dénivelé, sans dénivelé, pour rejoindre le centre de Chamonix......) Le plus non négligeable est la carte de Hôte pour le train de la vallée qui vous permet de sillonner tous les secteurs à moins de 3 minutes à pied du chalet ( gare des Tines). Passionné de la Montagne , c'est la première fois que je vis un séjour aussi chaleureux réunissant la qualité du chalet , au lieu d'implantation de celui-ci et de tout ce qu'il y a à faire quand on aime le sport nature comme notre famille ( + de 140 kms de randonnée effectué au départ du chalet sur notre semaine ).

Le séjour était super. Le chalet est idéalement situé. La propreté du chalet est à redire par contre. Reste de nourriture moisie dans le micro-onde. État générale pas très propre. Pour le reste nous avons été ravis. Contact facile avec la gérante des lieux, flexible dans les horaires d’arrivée et de départ.

Le chalet des lupins est très bien équipé. La terrasse donne la vue sur le massif du Mont Blanc et permet de profiter du soleil même en avril. Le coin est calme et en bordure de forêt ce qui nous a permis un soir de croiser deux biches ! La rénovation de cet ancien chalet est charmante. Adresse à recommander

ich war zusammen mit 5 Freunden vom 12.01-19.01.2019 im Chalet in Les Tines. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Sonia, der Dame die sich vor Ort um die Liegenschaften kümmert empfangen. Das Chalet ist geräumig gestaltet, so dass wir zu 6. keine Platz Probleme hatten und lässt was komfort betrifft keine Wünsche übrig. Die voll ausgestattete Küche ermöglichte uns täglich unser Abendessen zu kochen und das hochwertige mit Hand getöpferte Geschirr problemlos in der Spülmaschine zu spülen. Auf der schönen verschneiten Terrasse lassen sich bis zum Sonnenuntergang die Berge besichtigen. Nach einem anstrengendem kalten Skitag, zögerten wir nicht mit dem anzünden des Holzofens. Ein weiteres Plus ist die einzigartige schön gestaltete Dusche und die Tatsache dass sie von der Toilette getrennt ist. Die Nähe zu Chamonix nutzten wir aus und gingen fast täglich einkaufen. Auch die vielen Skigebiete in der Region sind mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, die im Skipass inbegriffen sind problemlos erreichbar. Ich wünsche allen weiteren Gästen einen schönen Aufenthalt. Da es uns so sehr gefallen hat, ist bereits der nächste Urlaub in dem Chalet in Planung.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances en couple avec notre petit chiot dans le chalet qui est vraiment très bien équipé et confortable. Le jardin clos est un vrai plus et la vue depuis la terrasse est superbe. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Je recommande vivement cette location, tant par sa localisation au calme, en pleine nature avec le bois et la rivière dès que l'on sort, mais également pour le chalet qui est vraiment très bien décoré et aménagé, rien ne manque et on s'y sent comme chez soi ! Merci beaucoup, nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Chalet les Lupins : Extrémement bien placé , superbe et un calme absolu ,sans oublier la vue magnifique . Propre , bien équipé ,un aménagement rationnel , avec en plus un accueil chaleureux . Que dire : nous avons trouvé aucun bémol (ce qui est rare !)

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans le chalet des Lupins avec nos deux enfants! Mais comme la météo n'était pas vraiment de la partie, l'espace dans le chalet était un peu petit. Par contre, en été cela doit être idéal avec des enfants en bas âge car le chalet est entièrement entouré d'une petite barrière!

Wir waren im Juli 2017 im Chalet Les Lupins für 2 Wochen: 2 EW und 3 Ki. (7-14 Jahre). Das Chalet ist, wie beschrieben, sehr klein, dafür aber perfekt konzipiert und eingerichtet. Die Umgebung ist einfach umwerfend und da auch das Wetter (fast) immer mitspielte, konnten wir jeden Tag ausgedehnte Gebirgstouren unternehmen. Insgesamt erlebten wir so einen wunderschönen und einmaligen Urlaub. Fazit: Unbedingt weiterzuempfehlen!

Nous avons passé avec mon mari et notre chien un très agréable séjour au calme. Idéal pour les amoureux de la nature et des randonnées. Proche de Chamonix et d'Argentière. Chalet tout équipé et conforme à la description et Propre. Poêle très appréciable! Tout y est fait pour passer un super séjour à 2 ou en famille. Il ne manque de rien. Vue magnifique lorsque l'on est sur la terrasse. Nous n'y avons pris que le café car il ne faisait pas encore assez chaud mais y déjeuner l'été doit être plus qu'appréciable ! Nous reviendrons sans conteste avec nos enfants. Merci Brigitte et Bruno ainsi que Sonia.

Together with my three adult children we spent 9 days at the chalet Les Lupins in Les Tines-Chamonix over the Christmas period. It was one of the best holidays we have ever spent which was not only due to the fact that we had a great time as a family but also due to the wonderful atmosphere and location of the chalet – les Lupins. It is obvious that this chalet is loved and cherished by its’ owners, it has such a lovely, cosy feeling which makes you feel welcome from the moment you step in. The attention to detail is visible in every corner - from the knobs on the kitchen cabinet doors to the natural wooden fixtures in the bathroom and restroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality cooking and even baking equipment & utensils and the fridge/freezer is big enough to be stocked up to feed a family for a week. Absolutely nothing was missing in terms of utensils which was great for our entirely self-catered holiday. There is even a Raclette maker which is a great meal on a cold winter’s evening. The shower with multiple body jets felt like pure luxury at the end of a cold winter’s day. The location of the chalet was perfect - nestled away in the quiet area of Les Tines, right next to the river and forest and near the golf course. What better way to wake up in the morning to the view of the mountains and having breakfast on the sunbathed veranda. Bus and trains stops are 2 minutes walk from the chalet and offer very good connections to all major ski lifts in the valley and Chamonix town. It was the perfect combination of staying in quiet, undisturbed and natural surroundings, yet being able to enjoy the vibe of Chamonix centre as well as having access to all other areas of the Chamonix valley. All in all a perfect holiday in a lovely chalet in a beautiful spot of the world.
