"While this stay lacks in the polished stays of a fancy resort it makes up ten-fold in charm and personality. This was the coziest most wonderful stay we've had on our trip yet and we'll definitely be back. "The Villa was new and up scale and roomy. It was super clean and great instruction on how to deal with the needs for our 2 days stay. The bedrooms was good size with comfortable Queens size bed and not those twin size. The beds were great and firm enough you know they weren't cheap material. The amenities were great with the sauna room was clean and equipped with sauna towel along with the private hot tub in the unit and no need to share. The balcony was great for BBQ with family and friends....

"Our only disappointment was the room. We were given the furthest ground-floor room, 101, and if we stayed again I wouldn’t accept it. However, if you prefer a closed-in garden view then this location might suit you. Personally, we didn’t enjoy it. My review reflects my personal preference. We had no issues with the other areas of the hotel. In fact, the location was great, right next to the ropeway (cable car station) and at the start and end of the Ashi Lake tour."

"Very nice hotel. Nice amenities and provided toiletries. Nice staff that can understand English. Free hotel shuttle to and from gora station. Nice 2 public onsens, one being in a garden while the other is an infinity pool. They also have some extra stuff like free ice cream and access to a neighboring building through a tunnel where you can use their water park and festival games. Would like to go here again with more people."

"Booked only for one night. Wished we would have booked for another stay. Beautiful property. Utilize the free shuttle available from the train station to the hotel. Don’t attempt to walk especially if carrying luggage as there are steep hills. You will be asked to remove your shoes before entering hotel so make sure you have decent socks on as this is a shoeless property."
