Absolutely stunning hotel. Staff was not very friendly, they acted inconvenienced when I asked a question. I can understand that in other places, but this is a hotel.. supposed to be for tourists.. so I just wished they were nicer to me.

We loved the location of it and it was all modern and quaint for our stay. Within walking distance of landmarks.

The room we were in, with eaves on the top floor, was charming and well appointed. The bed was also quite comfortable. I would love to return!

The staff were friendly and helpful for the most part. The rooms are cute but need a deep cleaning. For an average cost of $1,000 a night I expect my room to be in prestige condition. It was not. The furniture and rugs were filthy. Also, the staff twice entered my room after a quick knock. One was checking to see if the room had been cleaned and the other one insisted he needed to check the mini bar stock. I was in bed half dressed taking a rest at 3pm. The level of unprofessional was baffling. As two women traveling alone in a foreign country, it was very disturbing. Safety for their customers is definitely not a priority nor is their privacy. We won't be back.
