「The shuttle service itself was fine, but the experience with the driver could definitely be improved. He was not very welcoming, seemed impolite at times, and was not particularly helpful during the ride. A friendlier attitude and better customer service would make passengers feel much more comfortable. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to help improve the experience for future customers.」

Upgrade of offered bathroom toiletries. little things like fancy rolled towels, upgraded kitchen in room, detail to groomed landscaping, welcome drink upon arrival, and food/drink delivery service on the beach.
