I almost never like to rate anything but this time I can't keep it quiet, the hotel was ok very clean in general, but what I didn't like and I need to complain is "no cleaning room service"!!!! since when they need to ask if you want your room to be clean?? and even when I say yes, they didn't do it, I have to dry my self with a wet towel, don't we pay for that, a clean room!! the few front desk people they have are rude, and not nice when asking questions, the service at the casino for drinks take forever or not showing at all, a lot of things change in Vegas and I know is on me I haven't been there in years but now you have to pay for Parking, pay for early check in, food is so expensive!!! what happen with those old days when you don't have to expend much to have fun :(

Room was very clean, staff so nice! Had best time!

New modern hotel. Bedroom is humongous, feels like an apartment. But, bed is very very uncomfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful at all times. The key system only works if you download an app, I got a real key and it didn't work.

Exceptional place to stay. Beautiful room and bathroom. Staff were friendly and nice. The service was great from the concierge. The casino cafe's and restaurants are amazing. The crepe cafe is a must and Cafe Americano has amazing food and service. The view from the top of the Eiffel tower is so worth it. I loved staying here.
