"This place is really nice - we had a great four nights here, and were very lucky with the weather as it rained lots just before we arrived (it is "mountain weather" so you get what you get). We arrived "out of hours" but this had been prearranged so there is a safe with pin codes which was easy enough to use and we got our key and instructions very quickly. "Our five days at the apartment was supposed to be rainy but ended up being warm and sunny every day. We loved being able to use the pool and the room was spacious and newly remodeled. The hosts were very accommodating and I enjoyed conversing with them. They provided me with tips on the area too. There was a nice bakery and a cortina restaurant a few minutes walk away. The pretty garden that surrounded the house was an extra bonus."

"There are about 25 apartments in Colina Verde B - ours was closest to the pool and there was almost nobody else there - the pool was essentially our private pool. Nice clean place, beautiful setting, 7 minutes to the waterfront by car. Ascona is a lovely little place with a lively waterfront scene. All in all, ne of the best spots we have ever rented. "

"Close to the lake, the area is pleasant, clean and we felt quite safe. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and well laid out. The apartment is next to rail station but the noise from trains was minimal and not noticeable. It was fairly small but bright, ideal for a couple.
