「チェックインの際、壁に書いてある電話番号に電話して入り口の暗唱番号を聞いて中に入りました。（ホテル？には誰もいません）チェックアウトの際は、ドアの下にメモでパスポートのコピーをｓｍｓで送れとありました。私は多少イタリア語ができますが、できないとするとチェックインは不可能でしょう。 後で予約確認書を見ると、確かにチェックインするときには事前に連絡してほしい旨の記載がありました。特筆した注意事項として、予約時に説明があるわけでないので知りませんでした。 ホテルとして普通に予約を取っている事に疑問を感じます。」
