「 The location is very good. It’s in front of the plaza Santo Domingo. A family devotion to the business makes you feel very comfortable. They have everything except a trash box in your room.」

「I want to give this place 5 stars sooo bad but we had giants above us and non stop all night the walls would shake, I am not exaggerating we thought the ceiling and the lights were going to fall off. We got maybe an hour of sleep- you can hear everything-cars, people talking, dogs etc plus whoever was above us moved all the time and all night. Staff was amazing beyond amazing. The hotel itself soo gorgeous.」

「The only thing that was challenging was getting to the hotel since the Uber couldn't take us straight to it and we had to walk down a big hill and weren't entirely sure where we were going. Otherwise everything else at this hotel was wonderful! The breakfast was amazing the room was great, everything was really beautiful. It was a great stay! I loved it - it really embraced the colonial feel!」

「Everything was clean and nice, staff was excellent and friendly. Breakfast was varied and made fresh every day (bread, eggs, local juice, fruit). Room was clean and a good size for local accomodations. We had room #2 which had the balcony and faced the street so there was occasional traffic noise if you're sensitive to that (we were fine). Shout out to Luis and Lucia whom made our stay comfortable and welcoming. Airport 'shuttle' was by taxi or rideshare for us, arranged by the hotel, $35...
