Brand new property so very BRIGHT and Modern and new feeling. I just don’t understand why a 1/4 inch of white or light colored grout would be used between floor tiles - it gets dirty and is impossible to get clean so you have everything else looking new and sparkling but no matter what you do your floor is going to look grungy almost immediately. Poor choice in my opinion.

I think the best part of my experience here was the lady running the place. I’m sad I can’t remeber her name but she seriously made my stay great by being super friendly, asking about my trip, and offering her help if I needed anything. Yes, we are satisfied for the room, but there’s no close it to hang clothes and the hairdryer must be inside the drawer because it’s very risky. It’s just on the top of the sink. but overall, the property is really nice and clean.

From when we walked in the door to when we left, the man at the desk, Sam, was so helpful and friendly. He brought out luggage in without even being asked. He gave us a great recommendation to a restaurant that was close, walking distance. The room was clean, quiet and the bed was so comfortable. In the morning, the breakfast was filling and good. The same clerk was there in the morning and he remembered us. We will definitely be back.

The hotel was impeccably clean, well-appointed, very new and modern, plus very quiet.
We had requested a room on the top floor of the new building, per other travelers suggestions. We had a great view of Mt. Rainier when the fog lifted in the morning.
The room had vaulted ceilings and an additional window near the ceiling which had an automatic rolling shade to cover it at night. It was a nice touch.
