"The staff were amazing! The stay was wonderful. We were able to walk to Grand Park so very convenient! "

"The faucet in the tub leaks. The shower head/hand wand is mounted way too low and the rod it's mounted to is barely hanging on the wall. The elevators are dirty and the hand sanitizer dispenser on the third flood didn't work. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good and the eating area was very clean. Service has been good."

"Front desk staff Phyllis and Ruth were very friendly and accomodating. The bartender, Valerie, is very sweet and fun to talk with. All the housekeeping staff and maintenance staff were very friendly and helpful. I chose this hotel for its location but ended up loving the staff."

"Unique layout of the property. Rooms were slighty musty but air quality improved as A/C was turned up. Area surrounding property is not the best, however it is far enough from main drag to keep traffic noise minimal "
