「This is a beautiful well furnished comfortable older home right near the expo center, just what we were looking for as we were in town for the big April dog shows. Comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, immaculately clean, everything worked. The home is very charming with live plants, gorgeous flower beds, and best of all dog friendly! Thank you for letting us stay!」

「Very private and quiet. No road noise but heard tree frogs at night which felt like we were camping in the woods in a more secluded place. Very clean, large room, bathroom, kitchen with thoughtful amenities provided like ear plugs and blackout curtains. Despite being near the main house, didn’t hear any noise from them. Easy check-in and checkout processes. Very convenient to access south Tulsa.」

「The title on this property says it all..."The Perfect Place in Midtown Tulsa"! It truly is the perfect place! The photos and the description were accurate. It was clean and well appointed. It provided everything we needed for our weekend in Tulsa. We were there for the Big 12 Wrestling tournament at the BOK which was only about 10 minutes away. Our 2 adult kids met us there so the 3 bedroom, 2 bath home was perfect for the 4 of us. The weather didn't cooperate but the back deck and yard...

「Manager was informed of the condition of the home and honestly just didn’t care. The floors were DISGUSTING! The bathtub and Sinks were DISGUSTING! The towels were dirty. My kids feet turned black from walking in them after her shower. The drains were all so full of old hair that the water was backing up in the tub and sink. The towels had hair all over them, I’d be surprised if they had even washed them. And it says recently remodeled? But the walls are cracked, the paint is chipped and peeling...
