A very good value close to el conde. Stairs only to upper floors. Rooms tend to be on smaller side with hot shower and cold A/C. Have stayed here before due to cost/value.

The property is so beautiful and unique, walking under the arches and around the fountains I felt like a medieval princess. The staff was mostly very professional, except our bellhop hung around our room and tried to sell us a tour with his friend. The restaurant was nice, but there is no included breakfast, so we ate in restaurants and coffee shops in the colonial center. It felt very safe walking around, but since it is a tourist center, the prices were pretty high. I would definitely come back here again next time I'm in Santo Domingo.

the place was good, food was ok too, some of the staff were very nice but others seems very busy when asked for help, in overall we did had good time the only issue was the service at the buffet.

Loved our stay! I will say that there were not many gluten free options and nothing was labeled at buffets. Staff were awesome and room was always clean.
