Just got back..it was beautiful..but room service was terrible...mini bar was very warm..I called for service..they didn't show up til 1hr 1/2..but everything was ok..

We were supposed to get a butler for the stay but didn't see him throughout the 5 days. Its a massive property so be prepared a long way to get things. Its a much older property so the wear and tear does show. Was disappointed that they couldn't get us a place dedicated to our group for a dinner for 100 people even in such a massive place. They need to be more flexible when hosting large groups. Overall great experience but only 3 stars in my view

Staff was friendly, but did bare minimum. Food was okay. Restaurants were good, but room service was always cold. Was told we were going to a “VIP breakfast” which ended up being a 2.5 hour sales pitch.
