Unfortunately, we were surprised that the buildings and grounds are quite tired and weathered looking and although the rooms were clean and comfortable the carpet was dirty. 「Great location, great view. Kitchen could have used more utensils and kitchen utensils. The bathroom door wouldnt stay on the track and was unlevel so it never closed fully. The front door had to be pushed real hard to fully close. Was difficult to get the temperature in the condonright, it was either too hot or too cold but was provided with a couple space heaters. 」

「This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this unit. The location is perfect. Close to beach access, docks for crabbing & beach for clamming. The patio has a perfect view for watching boats crossing the bar & seeing marine life. Great kitchen comfy beds. Gsrsgec& elevator. 」

「We loved the location and the view!!! It was a great stay, but there are some things that could use attention. The corner of the rug near the dining room is curled up, a tripping hazard. Could just turn the rug so that corner is not in a main traffic area. It needs some placemats or coasters as I feared making a ring or stain on the lovely wood dining table or coffee table when setting down a glass of liquid, hot plate, or hot coffee. 「Nye Haven was great. Clean situated in a great area. Plenty of room, hot water, fresh towels. The place needs a bit of love though. Kind of run down. Pillows and bedding very worn. Needs a good spring clean and a trip to Walmart for fresh bedding and brighter look. Calls for help with the lock and a few other questions were handled promptly and professionally.」

「Big storm the first night there and the power went out. Luckily we brought some flashlights and charged phones. Most rental homes do not have flashlights or lanterns. This house was no exception. Power was restored before morning. Beds were comfortable , views amazing, kitckwn qell stocked. 」
