「To start as we arrived in Mexico City I never received the checking information. Calling customer service was the worst, i finally got some one to answer all to be a person in Peru. The checkin instructions are not clear. Checking is on the 2nd floor. It was a group of 5 we were only given one key card to get inside. 「トルーカで開催されるロックフェスに毎日パルケエスパーニャから出発するのに宿泊。 チャプルテペック公園も徒歩圏内で観光にもバッチリ。 外観写真のおかげで何とかたどり着いたがホテルの許可がないのか看板が無いのでわかりにくい。 やっとたどり着いてチェックインしようとしたら「予約聞いてない」と言われ焦る。 オーナーに連絡取ってくれて泊まることは出来たがこの対応には参った。 でも基本マネージャーはじめスタッフはみんな親切だしどこでもこういった手違いはあり得るのでまあ良しとする。 名前の通りスイートルーム（1DKで30㎡超）だから広い！古い建物をリノベーションした施設でまだ年数経ってないのかエレベーターも室内もキレイ！ 気になるのは ①エアコンが無かった。時期的に自分は必要なかったが夏は困るだろうと思った。 ②夜遅くや早朝はシャワーのお湯が出なかった。自分の部屋だけかボイラー自体がそうなっているのか不明だが非常に困った。 でもこの値段でこのグレードは素晴らしい！ また泊まりたいと思った。」
