「Staff is amazing!」

「Bed was comfortable, airconditioning was good. place was clean and breakfast was ok. We did get woke up at 3:30 am by someone knocking on our door..... we didnt answer. This was not the hotels fault but it ruined our stay.」

「This is an older property but well maintained. The rooms were very clean. The staff was amazing. My friend and I were there for one might. When my friend woke up she was very sick and asked me to reserve her room for another day. The staff was most helpful. I was afraid my friend would have to move rooms. She didn't have to move. Long story short; my friend decided she wanted to go home (3 hours away). I went back to see if I could get a refund and there was no issues. The staff was sooooo nice....

「Needs to be completely updated, carpets are stained and dirty. Beds show to be old with depressions from over use. Rooms where dark, lighting was old. They did come in and clean every other day, change out towels. Old school locks with regular metal keys. Asked about an ice maker I was pointed to the fridge there personal one. It didnt produce much ice. Great water pressure warter stayed hot. Unfortunately I will not be going back.」

「The Super 8 has to be the best bang for your buck in El Dorado. Rooms were incredibly clean, and all of the amenities were kept up with and well-maintained. I had multiple issues with the guy at the front desk double-charging my credit card for my stay. I booked and paid through Expedia, but he told me that I still needed to put my credit card on file.
