「Stayed 1 night with a friend to see what Pella had to offer. The location was good though out of the downtown area. Since it was the week leading up to tulip fest we were looking for affordable. No complaints. The property was as expected—comfortable. Liked the layout of the room. I can recommend the hotel.」

「We had our one year old with us and forgot to bring milk. I sent my husband to the convenience store to get some, the guy at the front desk stopped him, went to the kitchen, and gave us a whole gallon. What a treat to have staff that go above and beyond. The cleaning staff was very friendly as well. They don’t serve breakfast on the weekend until later so I was really bummed we didn’t get breakfast seeing how I searched my hotels based on breakfast included.」
