"I have stayed at worse hotels. Things were a little dated and furniture/desks were not matching which is no biggie, there was hair on the floor in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable and employee's were friendly. I understand the $100 deposit BUT was told it would be refunded at check out which is not the case, I was told at check out that it takes 5-7 business days (which left me having to borrow money in order to get back home ) so I would probably not stay there again due to that. "

"Good experience. Staff very friendly and obliging. Very inexpensive place to stay but clean, quiet and comfortable. No roaches or other pests!! BIG PLUS! My DEFINITE go to for future overnight stays in Richmond!"

"I didnt have any issues with this hotel. Yes, its a little outdated and small, but it was perfect for just a quick trip. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. I would stay again "

"The actual room was clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly! The location is easily accessed from the highway and in a good area with restaurants and stores. There seemed to always be an odd smell in the lobby and hallways. Lots of people were staying there for an extended period of time, almost like an apartment building. For the price I would stay there again, but would probably not bring my young children. "
