"I booked a "Study" room which was more expensive than the other rooms. It was advertised with a number of LARGE windows. However someone wrote me and asked if I would be OK to accept a single bed or a standard bed. This was crazy. I expected a bed not for the college kids despite the name of the room. I mentioned it to the check in clerk and he gave me the "STUDY" room which had a king size bed and with many windows, as advertised. What happened and why about the message before I checked in?"

"The location of the accomodation was excellent for accessing absolutely everything in Hong Kong. Air conditioning was amazing and cannot be faulted, the room was perfectly refrigerated. The size of the room was standard. If you’re not overly fussy you’ll be happy staying here. Reception staff weren’t overly helpful or communicative at check in, however we didn’t need to go there again until check out so it was a non-issue. The cleaning staff were lovely. The main two considerations in whether to book this accomodation or not would be that there was mould in the bathroom in the shower and around the sink, which is off putting, especially in a space where you cannot open the windows or avoid close proximity to it in such small quarters. The other is that the wi-fi was extremely unreliable and we couldn’t stream to the tv. We had an E-Sim, but without it our travel plans would have been extremely difficult relying on the hotel. If the wifi and mould issues were fixed I’d be giving five star reviews. "

"Easy location atop moko mall, lots of shopping and dining options and a nice grocery store as well as the aquatic market restaurant. Room is large with a separate shower + skinny tub +has an electric curtain in the bathroom window. Tele has limited english channels but was expected. Local restaurant mw is closeby and jampacked at all hours. Very fair priced"

"Clean and well organized room with individual AC (I personally prefer this over central AC), good size pool, good variety and quality of food in the restaurant and in room dining (love that they have late night room service, even if it’s limited options), customer service was quick and thorough, and the location was fantastic for quick walking access to soho/LKF/Central, and several bus stops right outside. Only minor negatives were that my bathroom sink tap water temperature was erratic, and the gym did not have any weights, just cardio machines. Other than that, very happy with the price and value for money, and will absolutely stay here again."
