「Our room needed more counter space in the bathroom , it was a handicapped room , which we didn’t need but there was no room for any of our essentials . A microwave in room or in common area is needed , I talked to a woman who asked about a microwave and she was told she could rent one for $25 for 24 hours , she joked and said she only needed it for about 30 seconds to reheat her leftover food , otherwise the staff was friendly and helpful all the time ! Suzette at the desk was an absolute peach...

「Good things to do nice rooms」

「Very good hotel but unfortunately the lazy river next to the pool wasn't working.」

「The Ocean Deluxe room was not nice, cleaning was ok, I felt itchy, I'm pretty sure has bed bugs, the conditions in all rooms are basic and not well finished, the main door, was not perfect closed, u can see a light from the isles, the best thing in this hotel is the tiki bar, thats the only reason I always come, but this time I think is the last one.」

「Highly recommend!!」

「Room was great and clean breakfast was plentiful and delicious and the staff helped us tremendously」
