「I really loved the the design of the room and cleanliness!」

「The food at this resort may *look* good. It is, however, almost inedible. The fresh fruits and vegetables are great, but any food that requires cooking is abysmal. The breakfast buffet uses microwaved bacon, the eggs come out in a tray in one solid lump, and everything else is the same- clumpy, lumpy, flavorless, or even watery depending on how it was prepped. We were comped for one plate of food, thankfully, because it was so terrible. But everything else we paid for because we were hungry and...

「I ordered the room near the eleveter because my legs are bad, but wasn't. My room wasn't housekeeping at two days, and I called and told the circumstances and to need new towels and water to front desk, but nobody delivered.」

「The shower tub drained very very slow. The amenities were OK. The restaurant hours were not so good. Housekeeping was ok. The bathrooms on the lobby level was poor as if they didn’t clean it daily. Stains on toilet. Gross! No complementary coffee. The breakfast buffet selection was lackluster. Service was very slow. Maybe short on staff and need more help.」
