Susie at the front desk was so good, very friendly and efficient, making check in quick and easy. She also offered great recommendations for local restaurants and handled a very busy check in time flawlessly. The breakfast team was working so hard to keep everything clean, stocked, and orderly, all while staying smiling and friendly to guests. One gentleman tending to the tables was truly a standout, although we did not get his name. The hotel itself was clean and had all the necessary items we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully arranged. The location was very convenient to everything we needed to get to. Kudos to your team, they are a great representation of your hotel and management. Special compliments to housekeeping as well for doing such a great job. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience thanks to a hardworking team and a well run property."

"All good with cleanliness and hospitality. Other than not winning even a little bit with slot machines the overnight stay was good. Gas, food, and lodging $400 before dropping coins seems a bit much but it was our anniversary so there you go."

"The young lady at the check in desk was very welcoming and helpful. The bartenders are all very courteous and the service is great. It's a nice property and easy to get around. You can walk to several other casinos if you want a change of pace but this one is big and has everything you need. You can walk to Lady Luck Casino without going outside if you want to see more gaming options. There is only one desk chair to sit on in the room so you don't really hang out in there but the beds are clean and comfortable. The TV is good quality. Be nice to have more than four hangers in the closet but no big deal. There is a fridge, microwave, and Keurig with 2 free cups in the room. Two free bottle of water too, you can easily get more at the bars. It's a Caesar's property so bring your rewards card. The food at Brews Brothers is great for casual dining. The free wifi has good signal strength. The free parking garage had plenty of room, it was easy to park close to the elevator entrance."

"Perfect place to stay when catching a concert at Red Rocks! The atmosphere on a concert day is alive and festive, staff is fun and pumped up, guests are all hanging out in the bar and courtyard. The shuttle that operates from the hotel is well organized and worth the extra money. It makes the Red Rocks experience easygoing. Will do it all again for sure!"
