"Wow, this place is absolutely amazing! You’re in for a treat. We came to Buena Vista to celebrate our nephew’s wedding. My brother-in-law always raves about Turquoise Lake nearby, so I knew we’d fall head over heels for the area, and guess what? We totally did! My husband is the one who found and settled on the property and Im sure glad he did. It was he perfect place since there are so many options. We ended up choosing this spot because of its amazing views and how close it was to town—just about 15 minutes from where the rest of the family was staying. At first glance, the property looked spotless, mostly. I’ll tell you why later in the review. The bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate, Beds are cosy and comfortable. Hot water for showers and good water pressure in both bathrooms. The kitchen and dining area was taken care of to perfection. The property felt safe and inviting, and waking up every morning to drink hot coffee and take in the views of the Sawatch Mountain Range was just heavenly. Now, there were a few things I wanted to mention that could be improved: (1.) the bath towel situation. I said everything was clean and immaculate, and But after washing your hands or showering, as soon as the towels became damp, that sour laundry smell was definitely noticeable. Please change to white towels. Your guests will thanks you. Floors- A bit greasy feeling. Just wanted to mention it. Great Stay. Will definitely be returning in the future. "

"The condo was clean, stocked up with all the essentials we needed plus some. The check in was easy and everything was laid out so we knew what we needed to do before leaving. The neighborhood was quiet and we were very close to all the things we wanted to do. Definitely would stay here again. "

"This home was just right for a long weekend getaway for two families- including 4 teen boys. The kitchen was well supplied and organized, the beds were comfortable and the bedrooms included room darkening shades. Everything was very clean and the size was just right for us- cozy, but big enough to serve as a home base for BV adventures! The boys enjoyed the board games and played an epic round of monopoly. The hosts were excellent communicators and clearly very thoughtful people. We also appreciated the bag of coffee they left us! Thank you Janna!The only thing that wasn’t clear to me on the listing is that the room with two twin beds (a trundle) is actually a loft space- so no doors/privacy. That was ok for us this time, but could have been an issue in other circumstances.The yard /neighborhood is not the cutest, but it was very quiet, there are string lights and a sweet mural out back, and a gorgeous view of Mt. Princeton from the deck. It was a quick and pleasant walk or bike ride along a creek, across a quiet road and then along a bike path to town. The boys all brought bikes and enjoyed spending time at the pump track and fishing in the Arkansas. We appreciated that they could access those things (as well as a both fly and bike shops) safely on their own. We would definitely recommend this house, and would stay here again. "

"What an adorable tiny home! We loved how quiet it was and all of the cute touches it had! Comfy bed, nice full size fridge, glasses, mugs and plates and a nice hot shower! We loved the fire pit and the heater in the bathroom on those chilly mornings! We will definitely stay here again! "
