The staff were very accommodating. When we first arrived in the center of the view from our window was of a tattered covering for an air conditioner unit on top of the adjacent motel. We were disappointed because we had planned to stay 3 nights and to spend some personal time in our room. We asked the desk clerk if there was another room available, and he was very kind and gave us a very nice room that we enjoyed for the entirety of our stay. In the coffee bar there was silverware, plates, bowls, glasses and liquid creamer in the fridge. Very nice touch. The water in the hot tub needed to be changed, but the area was nice and the tub comfortable. It is an older hotel but the rooms have been renovated, although in some places the age showed. It was clean. Breakfast was definitely more than a continental, with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, pancakes and waffles. We enjoyed our stay

Bathroom shower was absolutely filthy with dirt, grime and soap scum all on the floor, door, tiling and even shower head. The drain cover was not screwed into place, creating a slipping hazard. Toilet seat was also dirty with unknown residue. Unfortunately, we could not reach customer service as we had a late check-in and front desk was closed. Very upsetting that we could not use the shower. Despite the filthy bathroom and the room smelling strongly of old carpet - everything else was clean enough that we stayed the night. Breakfast was standard and check-in was smooth. Overall poor experience so I would not recommend.

The emails that I received from them prior to the check-in were excessive. Multiple emails on the check-in/check-out time, pet policy, booking the room directly with them is better than booking it on hotels.com, deposit, prepay. I received average 2 messages/emails daily from them prior to our check-in. Really.. One email includes everything seems plenty. In the room, the AC/heater is inside of the bathroom. It took a long time to warm up the room. It is an outdated hotel. The king size bed that we had was soft and very uncomfortable. It comes with free breakfast. I did not go. My boyfriend brought me a cup of black coffee. I drink coffee everyday. I dunno what consider a good coffee. But I had the worst black coffee ever at this place. Please get your coffee somewhere else if you are reading this. The sauna and hot tube are nice. Staffs are helpful!
