We arrived late in the evening and the host had a bottle of wine waiting for us along with breakfast food available for us to cook in the morning. What a pleasant surprise! The property is exactly as described and the outside bed was amazing for an afternoon nap."

"Location is a mile from I70, Starbucks, grocery and everywhere. Had a great Thanksgiving get together for 11 of us. Bedrooms for everyone! Great open space for everyone to be at the table. Grandkids and adults loved the games. Backyard was not used as it was covered in leaves but it snowed in the last few days anyway. Overall great choice."

"Myself and my two elementary-aged kids stayed here during the summer and really enjoyed it. It was very convenient to both walk downtown and drive 15 min up cottonwood canyon to hike along the CO Trail. It felt bigger than the pictures and provided plenty of space for us. We could have had another 2 adults fit fine there without getting in each others way. The hosts were very accessible and responsive.
