Perfect Stay

Great hosts and great pool house. Clean and tidy. I needed a place to stay with my truck and trailer and this worked out perfectly as they have basically a private cul-de-sac driveway. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful property. Very comfortable and private. Owners made sure we had everything we needed. Home was very well stocked for cooking and we really appreciated the coffee!. Bed was very comfortable.Pool was very nice but it really wasn't warm enough to swim We will return!

It was perfect.

Neat as a pin. Comfortable, beautiful area, safe area. Well lit, walker friendly, accessible. Hosts were wonderful, assisted with anything Aunt needed. Quiet area, lovely little "cottage". Well appointed, close to grocery, airport, hospital. Perfect hideaway.

Great stay at the ‘ool House!

We had a wonderful stay here. Hosts were gracious and the house was thoughtfully designed/decorated and spotless. The pool was lovely and inviting. We will be back in summer 2025. Thank you, Jan and Steve!

The property was nice for two people. The pool was clean and inviting, plenty of outside seating so you could enjoy the beautiful Colorado sunshine. The host was nice and super friendly, but let you have your own space. This property sits in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Such an amazing stay!

From the first minute we walked into the pool house - we knew it was going to be amazing. Steve & Jan are wonderful hosts. You can tell they really put thought and caring in the pool house. They went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We will definitely be back. ❤️

A hidden gem!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute little pool house. It was outfitted with everything we could possibly need - and the courtyard with the pool and outdoor dining tables/chairs was a fantastic way to cool off in the summer sun. We will definitely be back for a getaway soon!

Great Vacation Spot!

The Pool House was amazing! Super clean, light and bright, had all of the cooking supplies we needed. The pool was great! We swam a few times each day. The neighborhood was super quiet and close to everything.

Beautiful pool house experience

The house is beautiful! We loved every minute. The decor is amazing and everything was perfect! Cute kitchen and comfortable bed. And we did get into the pool. Pure bliss ! The owners were great about giving us everything we needed to know before we arrived and book with everything spelled out. Definitely a great place to stay in Grand Junction

Great Experience!

I highly recommend this location for your stay in and around Grand Junction, Colorado! The property is so well done, the pool area is fantastic and the hosts are wonderful people! The pool house where we stayed was private and had great access to the beautiful pool and yard. It was so clean and we were impressed the minute we walked thru the door. Truly an all-around perfect rental and stay!

The cottage had everything we need for a comfortable stay. The cottage was clean and inviting. Our hosts were friendly and attentive to our needs. We couldn't have asked for more. We give them 5 Stars!
