「ロケーションが良かったです」

「Property is stunning. The outside is modest so you can’t see how deep the property is and sizable the rooms are. We stayed in a suite for a lower price than other bigger known properties. The one issue was check in. I reached out weeks in advance for earlier check in and was told that if we paid a small fee we could guarantee it. When we arrived (which was early morning from an overnight flight), the person at front desk had no sense of urgency (though very nice). She said the current guests...

Cucarachas en las escaleras de la entrada .Lavabo con un olor horrible a cloaca, insoportable.La limpieza brilla por su ausencia.Un sitio que no se lo recomendaría a nadie!!!!Estan en la élite, pero sin duda en la élite de los hoteles más cochambrosos de la historia.」

「とても綺麗な部屋で、落ち着けました。 ただ、窓枠が古く、一度開けた窓が閉められませんでした。治安の問題はないのでしょうが、少々不安な一夜を過ごしました。 その問題のやり取りも含め、管理業者の対応には不満です。問題が共有されておらず何度も不具合の写真を送れ、と要求してきたり、何もなかったかのように「楽しんでますか？」とのんきなメッセージを送ってきたり。 入室のインストラクションが不明瞭で、我々を含めて3組のゲストが「入室方法が分からない」と悩みました。わずか1時間のうちに3組続けて、です。 場所と建物は最高なので、ちょっと残念です。」
