The apartment in lovely. The location is ideal for site seeing in Lisbon. It’s walking to distance to pick up location for all the bus tours and several dining and shopping areas around. The only comment I have is the stairs which is quite difficult especially is you have heavy luggage.

We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed it. The apartment is in great location, very central and closed to historic sites. Room is clean and bed comfortable. Kitchen and washer dryer are really convenient for our extended stay! Natalie is very friendly and helpful and so are all other staff. One speaks several languages even including Chinese! The thing to mention is the apartment doesn’t have on site staffing like normal hotels so immediate personal interaction are not available. We had issues with use of kitchen and power blackout in the room, and we had to email them for assistance. Luckily they are quick to come over and resolve issues, which is appreciated. Overall, everything is excellent and we will highly recommend this place.

Wonderful place to stay. Updated clean. The only disappointment was the tarp in front of the window so we couldn’t see Rossio square. If you don’t like loud music don’t stay here. We truly enjoyed our time here

The property was great in all aspects. Clean with all things that we needed. I was a great location as we were close to shopping, restaurant's, transportation and so many many other things. I would recommend this property in all aspects.

Very spacious so it was much bigger than a hotel room. The bathroom was very nice and had a really nice shower with a handle and a rainstyle spigot. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location was terrific.

Right in the middle of everything! Steps from the metro, right in the heart of all the action, and early check in was so convenient. The apartment was clean, quiet, modern… what more could we ask for? It was the best!

Pretty easy to find just off main plaza. Daily housekeeping was a major plus!! Plenty of TP, towels and lovely made beds. Street below not noisy. So much to see and do nearby with easy access to 2 different Metro lines. Comfortable beds, blackout curtain.

Great place to stay in Lisbon

Had a great experience here. Location is fantastic, and the apartment and service were very good. Only thing that concerned us was noise from the dance club downstairs but with white noise in the room it didn’t bother us. Thanks!

Convenience in a colourful neighbourhood

We only stayed one night but it was very convenient to the main sights of Lisbon and for trams, buses, metro. Although we had to go to the sister hotel for checking in and to leave our luggage while we enjoyed a few extra hours in Lisbon, the sister hotel is an easy 5 minute walk and the staff there were extremely helpful.

While the location is central to everything, our room faced the Rossio Square which made it noisy. Otherwise the place was very comfortable and clean with affordable restaurants near by. I would go back.

Location was excellent and the support from concierge on arrival was great as access to the apartment was via code etc. We didn't receive the VIP benefit as it was an apartment not hotel and think the benefit wasn't expected by apartment staff.

I have stayed in Rossio Apartments many times. It is a very good location with wonderful facilities. One concern, which may be very important to some travelers: The apartments are located on the 2nd floor of the building. Climbing 23 steps may not be suitable for some. It is well worth it, however!

Great location

Great location near Rossio square. Our flight was delayed and I rang to confirm we were en route in a taxi from the airport. I was told check in had closed but someone would meet us at the apartment which they did promptly. Apartment very clean and well decorated, comfy bad. Was cleaned every day. It is close to a wide variety of bars & restaurants and close to the famous number 28 tram starting point and hop-on/off bus tour stops. Lots of pastekrias nearby, ate too many pastel de natas!

I was met at the property at the appointed time. Rossio Apartments a very convenient and clean. Housekeeping was very helpful. The TV went haywire the first night. Management called IT for resolution, but there is a major problem. Everything else was great.

Beware! Pros - clean and a stones throw from Rossio Square. Lots of restaurants close by. Cons - peep show on the main level of the building BLASTING music with too much base, garbage stacked beside main entrance, no VIP benefit, room advertised as two king beds but they were actually double beds, room advertised as fitting 5 people but only room for 4, person meeting us to provide keys was 30 minutes late, peep show clientele lurking around main entrance and washroom smelled like mold. I would not recommend this hotel and I would never stay here again.

Very convenient position but noisy. The studio was pleasant and clean - house keeping daily. Some facilities in need of refreshing: Freezer box in refrigerator iced up because of poorly fillting door. Air conditioner not working requested maintainance but still didn't work.
