「The property itself is nice, however the location is left to be desired due to it being located on the same block as a homeless shelter. The studio was affordable and close enough to the downtown core to have the amenities nearby. The host is a lovely person and is very detailed and friendly. I would stay again for the affordable price but the area isn’t a great one. One thing to keep in mind is that the people upstairs can be pretty loud at night — you can hear walking around and conversations pretty clearly.
