"This hotel was not clean, older, and some sketchy people around the hotel. The staff was amazing at accomodating us moving hotels."

"I was very surprised how clean it was and how friendly the staff was. The price was fair. The only thing that i could complain about was when i entered the room the heat was full blast and it was hot as heck in there had to leave a window open for 3 hours to get to comfortable temp for me."

"The AC was so loud & barely cooling down the room . Maybe upgrades needed . I love this hotel otherwise though ; been staying here for yrs. "

"The heater in the room was so load every time it was on. And the noice of the train right beside my room was extremely noisy all night. I didnt sleep more than an hr. I was very disappointed "

"The hotel is a great location for the west end area. Very close to west Ed and other attractions. Good parking at the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were updated and very clean, bathrooms are large and showers are nice. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel was nice and quiet. We’re able to enjoy the pool and small game room. Breakfast was good and options for everyone. Good hotel for a family. "
