Welcome to our private, south facing one bedroom, one bathroom apartment on the main floor. Enjoy keyless entry for your convenience.
The apartment features a fully stocked kitchen, Disney+ and board games for entertainment. The living room has a futon for extra sleeping space.
Coin laundry and a vending machine are located in the laundry room on the same floor.
The main floor location offers easy access and is close to the UofA, St. Mary's Hospital, Mirror Lake, walking trails, and downtown.
The property has security cameras installed, the cameras are located on the front and rear entry ways, at the carpark, in the shared hallways and in the shared laundry room.
