「This hotel was very simple/no frills but extremely clean and staff was wonderful....the breakfeast was slim and not really a breakfeast. But to be fair, the hotel was very reasonably priced and most importantly clean!!!!!!」

After checking in and moving our luggage into our rooms, my sister discovered an issue that wigged her out a little. 「Cleaner knocked on door at 8 am and woke us up when checkout is at 11. Had to switch rooms because of a dog the employee forgot about when checking in. Big inconvenience on both parts, and the bathroom in the dog friendly room was wayyyy smaller than the one we were previously placed in, and the shower tub wouldn’t drain.」

Asked front desk staff why I was not called at any point during the day, before driving 3 hours here, and she stated they didn’t have time. There is not another hotel room to be had in this town, leaving my daughter and I stranded with no place to go and an 8am appt. the next day. No apology and in fact, the hotel didn’t bother to cancel my reservation and I was still charged. Will never stay...
