"The fire alarm went off randomly twice in the very very early morning on two separate days during my stay here. Staff was very nice and worked with me but i found that experience a negative one. "

"The property didn't live up to my expectations. The room had a very odd oder. It was quiet but the end outside doors didn't close or lock so I didn't feel very safe when I left for work at 2:30am."

"Stayed this past weekend. After the service from the front desk agent and managers won’t stay there again. Found in my room next to the nightstand not sure what it is but it looked gross either used condom or hairnet and i didn’t want to touch it. I complained at check out to front desk person and told her about it she said thanks for letting us know and didn’t offer to do anything about it. After that I talked to jasmine the front desk manager she said someone will contact me about it. Waited and no call back then talked to Derek same thing he said someone would reach out. Talked again to jasmine same thing. They clearly have no interest in compensating me for this. I can’t tell you how disappointed I am in this service and that they have lied constantly to me. Also I didn’t even get a lot of sleep due to walls being paper thin and I could hear everything next door. I’m so upset and frustrated about this."
