「The onsite restaurant was probably the best dinner I had in all my travels through Sicily…」

「The property and its views were amazing. Transportation getting to the resort from the airport was expensive. Expedia organized our flight from Toronto to Sicily requiring a ferry to cross then organize a shuttle at the harbour to the resort. This would have added hours and substantial cost to get to the resort. We reorganized so we flew from Toronto to Rome then Rome to Palermo reserving a shuttle at our expense to get to the resort.」

「The absolute perfect location. Ossuna was very clean, service fantastic, great free breakfast and great price. The view from our room balcony of the sea was perfect for evening wine, cheese and crackers. Bed super comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Hotels.comの写真では安宿のイメージを受けたんですが、普通にちゃんとしたホテルでした。ロビーがきれいな一方、部屋は普通なので、チェックイン後、部屋に入るとあれ？って感じもありますが。滞在したのがオフシーズンだったので、朝食が無かったり、周りの店も開いてなかったり、多少困ることもありましたが、概ね快適に過ごせました。市街地から少し距離がありますが、海を眺めながら散歩するのにちょうどよい距離感です。」

「The breakfast selection was good but we all had issues with the coffee. Came from a machine, which is not usually a problem, but this coffee was bitter no matter what selection we made. Additionally, there was always a line up at the coffee machine. 」

「場所は中心街に近くてとても便利。24時間フロントにスタッフがいてきめ細かな対応。チェックインして部屋に入ったらいきなりバスルームのゴミ箱にオムツ含めたゴミが満杯で第一印象が台無しになったのが残念だが、それ以外はとても良かった。」

「We finished a couple of weeks in Sicily by staying here one night. We arrived as early as we could and left next day after lunch. It was the perfect way to close a holiday (probably also to start it). Super nice people, amazing food, just pure relax embedded in nature」
