「Plaide frank Sinatra all day until 11 pm on a loop next too our room. They charged me twice As much and promised a 30 percent discount on my stay when I should them proof of a room identical for 1/2 the same night. Never did honored my discount, they said we will email you. Never did.」

「A real treasure in a stunning area of Sicily. Everything was spotlessly clean - new and fresh - bliss. Dinner was excellent and staff very accommodating on our late arrival. Breakfast was superb with excellent choice of food. Sorry I didn’t have time to try the Spa.」

「I would like to start with saying that staff was amazing! It does lack of cleaning, there is evident black mold in rooms and some hallways. It is also very outdated. However, we promptly were given fresh linens and towels, toiletries. I would not recommend this for a family with young children, because of the layout and the large amount of smoke from locals and clients. Make this be your personal judgement, whether your family would be accepting of this or not. Breakfast is not included. There...

「This was our 2nd time at this fabulous resort. The Signature Level is so worth the extra money. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurants and Buffet was so good and there were plenty of food choices. I would definitely go back a 3rd time!!!!」
