Nestled high in the San Bernardino Mountains, Lake Arrowhead is a captivating serene escape marked by a glistening man-made lake at its core amidst lush forests. Each season paints a unique story, from vibrant spring blooms, warm summers, to snowy winter wonderlands. The heart of the town lies in its charming Village, where cobblestone streets host boutiques, galleries, and wonderful local eateries. Today, Lake Arrowhead balances modern comforts with its timeless charm, inviting visitors to experience a narrative of natural beauty, adventure, and community in this hidden gem.
This is a tri-level property and there are 2 sets of stairs inside with about 14 steps each. The cabin is not be recommended for people that struggle with going up and down stairs, and may not be the best option for guests with small children due to the stairs. The cabin sits high above the street level and the side driveway is a steep drive. We recommend parking in the back flat driveway for most ease and access into the property. Also, we are backed up to 20+ acres of the national forest which means we do have regular active wildlife that frequent the back access road and surrounding areas. We have a STRICT policy for trash that must be kept either in the house, or in the provided animal proof trash enclosure. Also, due to fire safety imposed by the county, there are NO wood fires allowed. We do provide a propane firepit outdoors and an electric fireplace indoors.
