「It’s hard for me to leave bad reviews but the listing is misleading. “Luxury” - it’s not by any means. The pictures make it look way better than it actually is . There are so many things that need attention but there is an obvious complete lack of care on the maintenance and aesthetics. I don’t want to be mean but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. What I will say is, it would be a great idea to hire a professional house cleaner because I can tell that’s not happening. I saw a previous review...

「The Neighborhood is Beautiful! And The Cabin is Wonderful! We were able to enjoy a fire on the back deck, then have some jacuzzi time. The second night we lit a fire in the fireplace, ordered pizza and watched a movie. Loved the feel of the cabin! It was Clean, and felt very homey. And The Hosts are excellent! Super friendly, quick to respond and assist. Would definitely recommend!」

「MOUNTAIN LAKE DELIGHTI was in Fawnskin, North shore of Big Bear Lake for 1 night. This area is so beautiful, and this home was a perfect place for me. The whole place felt so warm and inviting, from the green velvety coaches to the cozy yet chic master bedroom. 「Very cute cabin with everything we needed and everything was clean. Loved the layout and how cozy it felt. The back porch was even fenced off so my dog could go out there. It was within walking distance to Big Bear Mountain (about a 13 minute walk) which made snowboarding early very easy. We did have a problem with no hot water coming from the shower, but the owner was immediately responsive and had someone come out to fix it very quickly. Overall it was a great stay and very dog friendly. 」
