「It was a peaceful location, I felt like I had all the comforts of home. The beds were very comfortable better than any high end hotel I’ve been to. I actually felt like I could live there it was great! The breakfast was delicious also」

「Check in was challenging. We requested a quiet room and we arrived to the room closest to a busy road. Our shower drain was clogged, so I showered in dirty water. The internet was intermittent the entire two days. The area is not pedestrian friendly. The hotel is right by the intersection of two busy highways. It’s noisy. I would not stay there again. Also they were still working on the building we were in. The two upper rooms were done but the bottom was not. We heard construction noise until...

「The breakfast was the worst, no milk for cereal 6 out of 10 days, no fresh fruit, no yogurt, 3 days no plates, we were eating waffles out of small cardboard cereal bowls, until they ran out, the small muffins were stale and large muffins and bagels were nonexistent」

「First let me start with the good and then I will give my overall. The 2 bedroom was absolutely beautiful, and plenty of room for a group or family. Now... not until we arrived to checkin were we told the balcony was not safe and not allowed to be used. That absolutely was not expected for a mountain trip, not to be able to sit outside and enjoy it. Also, amenities.. NO ONE tells you that they are located off site! You have to drive down the road to enjoy the pool, mineral spring hot tub, or...

「My overnight stay was absolutely wonderful! Clean room with nice bathroom and comfortable bed and good hot breakfast in the morning. Plus I traveled with my dog and she got a welcome gift! So sweet. Very recommend!」

「Hotel is vey neat, clean and modern. Front staffs are very helpful and friendly, especially evening shift. Room is very clean. Only draw back are Phone doesn’t hook up or line up in room 321. Shower tub floor is very slippery. Morning meal doesn’t have bacon. Not much fruiits in the bucket. Only few apple served.」
